Relane is not responsible for your failure to obtain required consent.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages from Relane related to your account and service activity. These messages may include dispatch notifications, service call assignments, appointment confirmations, and status alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.
6. Data Ownership

- You grant Relane a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service
- We do not sell your customer data.
7. AI-Generated Output

You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may contain errors or omissions (e.g., incorrect equipment model, misinterpreted issue description)
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before dispatching technicians or scheduling service
8. Third-Party Services
Relane may integrate with third-party services (e.g., telephony providers, messaging services, Google Sheets).
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policies of third-party services.
9. Service Availability
Relane is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
10. Termination
You may stop using Relane at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk
Upon termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
